Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Vision Engine, a private decision and visualization infrastructure for high-end real estate, operated by Zephios. Accessing the service implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Vision Engine allows authorized users to submit project briefs, upload reference images, generate AI-assisted renders, and share renders in a revocable and audited manner. Access is by invitation only (allow-list).

Sign-in uses a magic link sent by email — no password. Administrators are protected by strong WebAuthn authentication (passkey, biometric, or hardware key). The user undertakes not to share their magic link and to notify any suspected compromise to security@zephios.com.

The service operates on prepaid credits purchased via Stripe. One credit grants one project submission. Unused credits are kept indefinitely as long as the account is active.

Refunds: unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase (EU right of withdrawal). Used credits are non-refundable. In case of a technical malfunction attributable to Vision Engine, the credit is restored automatically or refunded on request.

You retain full rights to the images you upload and to the renders generated. You grant Vision Engine a limited license to process those contents solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Vision Engine applies a discreet forensic watermark on each render (8-character identifier, bottom-right). This watermark allows leak tracing and is a non-negotiable security measure.

The platform, code, brand, and generation algorithm are the exclusive property of Zephios. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Vision Engine commits to protecting your data through a combination of technical (EXIF stripping, forensic audit, watermarking, WebAuthn, at-rest encryption) and organizational measures. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Commitments: no resale, no advertising exploitation, no use of contents to train third-party AI models.

The user undertakes not to:

• Upload images they do not own the rights to
• Submit illegal or defamatory content
• Use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Bypass security mechanisms or rate limiting
• Reverse-engineer the service
• Use the service to train third-party AI models
• Share their access with unauthorized third parties

Any violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Vision Engine endeavors to maintain maximum availability. No contractual SLA is guaranteed in this standard version. Formalized availability commitments may be negotiated contractually with ultra-premium clients.

To the extent permitted by applicable law: Vision Engine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount of credits purchased over the 12 months preceding the event. This cap does not apply to gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of confidentiality obligations.

You may terminate your account at any time via support@zephios.com. Data is erased within 30 days, except legal obligations (billing: 10 years). Vision Engine may terminate an account in case of Terms violation, with notice except in case of manifest abuse.

Any substantial change to these Terms will be notified by email to active users at least 30 days before entering into force. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
